This is using this video's progression, first notated using 3D.
(Ly-) AChyFuChys; Fus-AChyLyChyli; Ly-AChyLyChyli; Chys-AChyScyLy
Then, i translated it to 4D:
(My-) AChyFuChyp; Fup-AChyMyChymi; My-AChyMyChymi; Chyp-AChyScyMy
And finally to 5D, although it doesn't sound as good even with some modifications:
(Zy-) AChyFuZy; AChyChyziChyk/Scyk; Juzi-AChyZyChyk; Chyk-AChyScyZy

When I look at the base triangles, it makes more sense for the 5D chords to be these, right?
(forgive my bad handwriting)
However... I also noticed this:
...so the third chord correction may be wrong.

You may be right! I wasn't entirely thorough on this.
